Maharana Partap post Graduate College for woman, Mandi Dadwali named after an audacious warrior, King of Mewar (Maharana Partap) was establishwd in 1968 with a mission to spread the light of female literaoy in the backward area of this remote corner of Haryana.
Its foundation stone was laid by H.H. Jagadguru Shankracharya,Anant Shree 1008 Swami Niranjan in April, 1968 with an aim of endowing the students with the fine qualities of partriotism, bravery, single minded-devotion to duty, ethical and spiritual values so as to make the woman of thearea grow into responsible citizens to serve the community and the nation . Thousands of girls after completing education from this college havebeen serving our motherland and acting as and torch bearers in various walks of life, some of them are even working adroad and have won laurels for their institution.
The collegeimparts education in both Arts and Commerce and also Post Graduation in English and Hindi. As far as the curricular aspect is Concerned a calendar has been designed regarding the purposed activities Concerned a calendar has been designed regarding the purposed activites During the session including the syllabus, goals, and achievement etc. at the Beginning of the session. We have a well-conceived plan for monitoring Students towards an incessant progress making the maximum use of their potentialities. Academically a well planned programme is charted-out including the syllabus to be covered at different levels, tests to be given tothe students and time for revision. Time to time feedback regarding the progress of the students is collected from the teachers. Group discussions, Seminars, debates, teaching in groups make the corpus of teaching-learning programme. As paramount importance, spiritual, moral and ethical development of the students is emphasized and exercised through morning prayers in the assembly, through discussions, speech competitions in tutorial periods and by celebrating National days and festivals. For the overall development of the students co-curricular activities are carried on throughout the year.
